Schedule, Request, Remind

Schedule office hours with me through Calendly: https://calendly.com/saofficehours/30min

Request a letter of recommendation through this Google form:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeo9mizTmDrqVoO4kmkBCSyaR5wM3IQFZi9gJFhDTujEVQHdg/viewform?usp=sf_link

I know that sometimes people find out about opportunities very close to the deadline, but please try to make your request at least 2 weeks before the deadline. It gives me the time to meet with you and write the best, strongest letter that I can.

Copy and paste text you can use to gently remind me (or other professors) about a due date:

Dear Dr. [Last Name],

Thank you for agreeing to write me a letter of recommendation for [thing]. I know that we are all busy right now, so I wanted to remind you that the deadline for this application is [date/time].

Here is the link to submit your letter: [link]. OR Here is the email address of the person who is receiving letters: [email address].

Thank you, again, for your help. Let me know if you have any questions. I will let you know if I get accepted!

Best,

[Your full name]
